classical music has two distinct genres consisting of Hindustani classical
music and Carnatic music. Hindustani Classical Music is the north Indian
classical music tradition and it's believed to have evolved from 12th
centuries AD onwards. Hindustani Classical Music is said to have been evolved

chant tradition, Persian tradition of Musiqi-e assil and existant folk music
